Eligibility Criteria for Management Trainee
Educational Qualification (Discipline-Wise)
Eligibility varies depending on the discipline.
- Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Degrees must be from recognized Indian universities/institutes.
Special Requirements:
- Personnel/HR: Only 2-year full-time regular course accepted.
- Finance: Qualified CA / ICWA.
- Legal: 3-year or 5-year LLB.
- Security: Graduation + required experience (details below).
Special Eligibility – Security Discipline
Minimum Experience Required:
- 2 years in Officer/Executive cadre (Armed Forces/CPO), OR
- 5 years in Officer/Executive cadre (Govt/PSU/Private sector).
Candidates must have experience in industrial security management. Applicants choosing Security must also be medically fit.
