Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Manager (Production)

  • B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production Engineering
  • Relevant experience in sanitary napkin, hygiene, FMCG, or medical device manufacturing

Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services)

  • Post-Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in NABL-accredited lab

Business Head – Mental Health Division

  • Post-Graduation in Psychology/Psychiatry/MSW/MBA
  • 12 years’ experience (Deputy VP) or 10 years (Deputy GM) in healthcare/mental health

Manager (Government Business Division)

  • Graduation in Engineering/B.Pharm/MBA/PGDM/MSW
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in government business/sales

Officer QA

  • Graduation in Science or Diploma in Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in QA of hygiene/FMCG/medical device/pharma units

Depot / Warehouse Officer

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Materials/Logistics
  • 3+ years experience in depot/distribution/FMCG/healthcare/government supply chain

Age Limit (As on 01.02.2026)

  • Maximum Age: 37–40 years (varies by post)
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years
